In 2025, we built our home from the ground up and made a point to work with local companies. Unfortunately, our original contractor went out of business near the end of the project. Appalachian Heating & Air not only assumed the remaining business and employees but stepped in without hesitation and helped us complete the HVAC work for our home.
They took over the warranty and finished the remaining work, and throughout the entire process they were reliable, timely, and professional. We truly appreciated their help and would confidently recommend Appalachian Heating & Air for any future project.

From the first time I contacted Appalachian Heating and Air I can only say good things about the experience. Jamie was so nice and thorough in answering my questions and concerns from start to finish. The technicians, Willie and Colby were great. Willie explained in detail what they would do and how the HVAC system would work and what to expect, since this is my first heat pump. Everything he said was exactly the way things have worked. Issues with the thermostat caused them several trips to fix the issue and it was not through any fault whatsoever on their part.
