He was courteous, punctual, honest, professional, and fair. He gave us valuable information about our home and about ways to make necessary repairs easier and more affordable. Being first-time home buyers, this was much appreciated. He even sent us information after the inspection about a place that he found some inexpensive materials that we might be able to use! Very thoughtful, and certainly beyond our expectations. He had a drone that he used to take pictures of the roof, chimneys, and gutters, which was really useful for us as the roof is in need of repair. These pictures gave us a much better idea of what would be required, and also gave us images we could send to contractors when attaining estimates for repairs. Since the inspection Dale has been readily available for any questions or concerns that have arised, and has been most helpful in our home buying process.
