Chris walked me through some repairs and had parts on hand both trips to the store! My furnace went out and Chris & Randy both jumped straight on it and installed a new motor in minutes! By far the most professional and knowledgeable technicians and the best customer service around! Thanks again!

I can not say enough good things about Chris and Randy at Open Road RV. We were in a bind with our side patio for our camper 2021 Jayco Seismic and without hesitation they agreed to help out. This is a top notch place with top notch customer service! Thank you SO much Chris and Randy!

We are a family of 4 on month 12 of a year-long RV trip across the country. The toilet finally gave out after all this time. Jamie Harvey hooked us up with all the parts necessary to get the job done and get back on the road home. 5 stars and highly recommended. Love that shop and could spend hours there!
