I just want to say Erica was absolutely amazing. It was all new to me, had no idea what I was doing she laughed with me, not at me, didn’t rush me, made sure I understood everything. Very impressed with her level of professionalism.

Awesome! Super knowledgeable staff! The ladies, Regina and Jackie answered all my questions, helped with my frame selection, and made my visit very enjoyable and pleasant. From the moment I walked through the door till I left everyone made me feel like a part of the family. Great place for your eye care needs

The staff was very nice, polite and patient with me. When it comes to getting new glasses it seems to take me forever to decide on the ones I want. They were very good in helping me to decide which ones I wanted. Caitlyn and Dr Dayton we awesome to work with during the exam process of my appointment. They were very thorough and explained the results of my exam so I could understand. I highly recommend the New Creek office of MyEyeDoc and they will continue to have me as a loyal patient…. Great job everyone!!!
