We had such an amazing experience today with my son Kayson! He has autism and appointments can sometimes be difficult for him, but the entire staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They took their time with him, made him feel comfortable, and never made us feel rushed.
It means so much as a parent to find a provider who understands that some children need a little extra patience and a different approach. They did an absolutely amazing job with Kayson today, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed him.

i went and had a great appointment with Sonna she is great aswell as all of the other staff they are so understanding and helpful you can really tell they want the best for everyone great place
The staff there were amazing!! Not only did they make me feel comfortable but they were able to help me find some relief for my condition! I have been to many doctors offices for my vision and most of the time I just feel like a number but at My Eye Dr in Keyser Wv, they truly make you feel seen and heard, as well as helping you along your journey! Overall, it was a great experience mainly because the staff is so helpful and sweet.
