Formerly from Keyser, I would take my Mother to Dr. Conrad and he was always so patient and kind with her. After having lived in Berkeley Springs now for over 42 years, I’d become dissatisfied with the lack of service at a local eye care facility. They had sold their practice to a ‘big’ entity. I stayed in with them for over 5 plus years after they had sold but the service became worse. I also tried a Winchester practice. Dr. Conrad provided the very best eye exam I've ever had (and I've had more than I care to admit). My husband said the same thing. He is extremely professional and completely thorough. He was generous with his time and provided careful explanations. We both recommend him enthusiastically.

Dr. Conrad is the only eye doctor that I have went to. He is always on time, takes his time, listens closely, ensures that all concerns are taken care of, is conversational, and great at what he does. Will continue to recommend!
