Today was my first visit with Kim and I will definitely be back. She took me at the last minute and I truly appreciate that. She was extremely welcoming when I arrived. She didn't take all day to do an excellent job. You can tell that she wants to make her customers happy. Kim is truly blessed at what she does. She's professional, confident and about her money. Her shop offers a pleasant environment without the typical bs that goes on at a lot of salons. Her professionalism and work ethics took me back to the old school Bay Area days with the trailblazers: Dr Willa Graves, Jackie's on East 14th, JoAnn Richards, and Bennie Theus of Queens Castle. Kim started on me immediately with a full sew in, didn't take long and I left a very satisfied customer.
