I have been using Marple heating and cooling for 7 years now. Hands down best in the business. If I have any problems Seth is quick to show up and fix the issue. I always recommend to anyone with heating and cooling issues as well as installs.
I can’t say enough about Seth and his crew. There are a lot of contractors out there just trying to get the sale. Marple is NOT one of these contractors. They installed a new system in our home over 3 years ago. They were prompt, courteous, and professional through the install. What I know sets Marple apart is the service after the sale. I contacted Seth just before 7 this morning because our heat wasn’t working. I told him the code that was flashing, and he gave me three possibilities. I found the problem with his advice and had my furnace running within 5 min of being on the phone. I told him that fixed it, but he wasn’t satisfied. He wanted to be certain it wouldn’t be a problem in the future. At 12:37 today he text to say that he replaced the part and cleaned the inside of my furnace!! Thanks Seth we appreciate all you do!
Seth saved us from this miserable heat this week by fixing our AC. Came out the same day we called. Highly recommend.
