Valley Health Family Medicine is a highly recommended medical practice. The doctors and staff are described as nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to patients and provide excellent care. The website is user-friendly, and the appointment process is simple and quick. However, some patients have experienced longer than expected wait times, which can be frustrating, but the quality of the providers makes it a preferred choice for many.
Dr Ain is wonderful. The nursing assistants are wonderful as well. The problems are at the front desk. They rarely answer the phone. Often no one is at the front desk which delays checking in.
Recently 2 office visits were coded as chronic management which is hospice care. I was able to speak directly to my insurance provider who explained claims were denied because coding was incorrect. I have tried to call the office all day but no one answers. This is not an isolated occurrence.
Good providers- poor front desk staff and limited accessibility. Please answer the phone!
Wonderful practice! Website great, simple and quick request for appointment. The front desk staff (both in person and phone) very friendly. Techs, nurses, and doctors all very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly takes their time to listen to the patient and help with issues brought in. Extra kudos for the extra care given during blood draw, as I'm a big ol baby!!!!
Our Dr, Dr. Doty at this practice is great, but either they are horribly understaffed or their entire administration staff needs to be fired. We have gone here for three years and our prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacy multiple times and we have been trying for three weeks to get a refill on a prescription, even going in person, and it is still not been refilled And this has also happened more than once.
