First of all I’d like to say that I am a former mechanic myself so my perspective is a little different from others.Being from VA, most of my repair connections are back there but I was finally able to find diamond in the rough. I tend to keep away from large, mega owned repair facilities so a small family-owned repair shop is exactly what I was looking for.Very knowledgeable guys, fairly priced and timely service. No underlying upselling, no scams, or any of the rest just straightforward square business.I feel at home dealing with these guys so I’m a customer for life. I'm so glad I found this place last week!Long story short, I found this place last week after driving around trying to find a place that didn't need an appointment for a state inspection.Carlos took care of me even though it was almost closing time.Last night I was rotating my tires and broke one of the lug nut poles and stripped 2 of them.Came over this morning, they're one of the few that is open on weekends, and Dominic took care of me.He was friendly and professional and while he didn't have to do it, took the time to show me what I can do better next time.Highly recommend and support a locally owned small business!!
