“Tino and his Team were great. We had our Metal roof replaced with Shingles and it was a great option. He had a few hiccups with the Sales Team due to Rep changes and in getting the ball rolling. Sales Reps need to be very clear on what all a new roof includes and what is extra. Checking up on customer concerns could be handled in a more timely manner. Tino worked with us to get us to a happy point and make everything good. All in all we are happy with our service.”
