The service man was very helpful and nice! He checked my unit and found that the outside unit needed to be cleaned and he did that. He checked my vents and instructed me how to keep them free of obstacles and he checked my indoor unit to make sure it was working properly! Great guy and superior service! I would welcome him back anytime.
