I recently started tanning again (it’s been since Covid started when I last tanned). I needed several things (lotions, eyewear, etc) and had several questions regarding the different beds and spray tanning. The employee working that day (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient and helpful. Great customer service. I didn’t feel like my questions were annoying her and she seemed happy to help me. She even let me smell the different lotions they had to offer, and was very informative. This tanning place used to be a nice place untill it seems u get tricked with pricing an I think they charge u whatever they want at times it just seems the workers need trained better on package prices an explain to the consumer better with helping them have a best experience all around I don't think I'll ever go there an my friends an family have had the same issues u would think the company would try an help make it a good experience for all but seems they are about how much money they can get other then making the customer as comfortable an want to come BK

Friendly staff, unreliable bed. One in particular has cut off early 5 times and the reason is a mystery. Paying for the highest package and can’t lay the full time. It’s annoying. Just don’t lay in #18 and you’ll be fine.
