Thank you Studio 8 for making such a huge difference in how I feel! You made me feel so comfortable , no pressures to keep up , just go with the flow of my own body and limitations . But also encouraging to push forward with new limits! I highly recommend Studio 8 ??♀️

I’ve been a part of the Studio 8 family for a little over 2 years. In the simplest terms…it changed my life in terms of health, fitness, comradery and enjoying a good laugh now and again. In terms of staff you’ll not find a more experienced and dedicated set of instructors than those that call Studio 8 home. Lastly, Joan St Clair is simply world class…the Tri-State is fortunate to have her and the studio!

I had a lower back injury. agonizing. went to a good physical therapist. did the therapy, no help.I went to Joan. She had one session with me at her studio. Gave me a set of instructions for stretches. I did them daily. Within 3 weeks, the pain was 1/2 what it was, within 6 weeks, I was playing tennis again. That was over 2 years ago and I have been fine since.I was skeptical about yoga stretches and poses, etc., but Joan made a believer out of me.
