Matthew Chambers was hired to perform the home inspection before I purchased my house. As a first time home buyer I had many questions! He answered all of my questions before he came to inspect. He let me know that the seller didn’t have all of the utilities turned on (required in the contract) which resulted in him having to come back a second time to complete the inspection. (Charged the seller not me!) He walked me through the house explaining what he noticed and identifying things to keep an eye on in the future.When I tell you that I asked a lot of questions, I cannot emphasize enough how many things I asked!
