“Debbie was efficient and pleasant setting up the appointment on the phone. Jacob called 40 minutes ahead and he and Aaron arrived exactly when expected. They were pleasant and courteous, but more importantly, thorough and hardworking. They cleaned our ducts, which had probably never been cleaned (even found - and left for us - coins dating from the 1970s, which would have been from a previous owner) and documented the before & after with an iPad. We had requested a crawlspace inspection because we suspected mold from a pipe leak. Jacob went under, through our very narrow opening and did a thorough inspection, taking photos. It turned out there was no mold - we appreciated that we were told, and not instead pressured to get treatment we didn't need. They were here for at least four hours, worked the whole time, and were very good-natured. I called the office to pay, and both Natalie and Debbie were efficient and pleasant. The bill was quite reasonable for all they did.My only suggestion would be that the guys wear masks and hearing protection for their own safety and health!We highly recommend ServPro for this type of work!“
