I've had B&B at my home four times over the years. Without exception, they are always professional. Whether you call or book service online, they get back to you. They do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. Always punctual. Always clear communication. Excellent work. Prices are fair. And they like dogs.

Dalton and David repaired a leaking water valve. They also replaced a deteriorated water supply to a shower, and resolved a few other old problems. Overall excellent work. They managed to find a bigger problem that had been present for some time. I asked B&B Johnson for some guidance on the bigger problem, but it did not follow up (If I could give 4.975 star rating, I would've given that). They have a sweet office cat. I used their services not even a week later, and was pleased with guidance on another small issue. I would use B&B Johnson again anytime!
