“Technician was very polite and courteous. I did not like the AI to set up appointments and to try to address concerns. I was not able to speak with anyone as Sears have no live agents only AI agents. Thus may be fine for some, but this did not work for us. I initially began in January to have me appliance repaired and today is March 12th. I have read many complaints about Sears Hone Service and cab fully relate to others’ experiences. I do not plan to use Sears in the future.“
