I recently moved from Montana to West Virginia and my large dogs need a veterinarian. The Grafton Animal Care Center is conveniently located. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they don't hide their pricing. I think we are going to get along just fine.
Great experience everybody was super knowledgeable. Sofia is great! Went above and beyond to explain things take some extra time to ease my concerns. Never easy to switch vets with an eight year-old pet, but Sofia made that seamless and made gypsy and I feel welcomed.
This review is very long. I'm highly critical of veterinary clinics and I notice everything!
Dr. Barbara Hurst cares about pets, and that comes through in every appointment. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to understand the full context of what is going on rather than rushing through a visit. She asks thoughtful questions, listens carefully, and offers recommendations that actually make sense for your pet and your situation. I also really appreciate how patient she is with my questions. Most importantly, she is calm, gentle, and understanding with my anxious pup, which means a lot to me.
