One person was rude over the phone explaining fees when there was a simple misunderstanding on my part, but once I got there I found an kind, polite and caring staff with an excellent vet and almost no wait time. It's a fantastic place to go, but the fees are more aligned to a higher cost of living area rather than an area with some of the lowest cost of living in the nation. I was paying less for care in California than here. But all in all, a worthwhile place to take your pets for excellent care.
They worked me in today for my sick cat. Dr Faulkner is WONDERFUL! He took care of my baby girl and was so kind and compassionate! Everyone at the clinic is pleasant and helpful! I will definitely be returning for all of my pets!
They are very understanding and kind. The effort, time, and kindness they put into your pets in amazing! I won't go anywhere else! The price is very affordable and they take good care of your babies. Both my dogs and my cat go to them.
