Had a visit on Christmas Eve, all I can say is that I will always choose this ED over any other for my families needs. Everyone was extremely quick, efficient, kind, and we received a diagnosis and treatment in under two hours.

WVU Medicine West Fairmont Clinic is a convenient location for primary care for patients of all ages. The office is clean and well maintained. The physician and staff are excellent, kind, and efficient. They respond quickly to questions and are very knowledgeable and thorough in exams. Patients receive a diagnosis and treatment promptly. The front office and nursing staff are very nice. This clinic is highly recommended for families.

The staff is overall fine, but they have some ridiculous rules... Only 1 visitor allowed at a time, and no switching allowed? The 1 visitor is not allowed to leave the room, and if they do, they are not allowed to come back in. There is no reason for that, especially when I've been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours.
Physician and staff are excellent. Respond quickly from My-chart on your medical and test questions.. Dr Ang it's very knowledgeable of internal medicine. Would recommend to any family member.
