I was in the market for windows for my home after comparison of different companies. I decided to go with Window World. Their windows were of rail door maintenance free in a lifetime warranty. The first year I had them install six of the 20 windows the crew of randoll Santana was very punctual professional knowledgeable and great customer service. This year I had the remaining 14 windows installed with one stipulation, that Randoll Santana screw install them. His crew was just fantastic. They treated my home as if it was their own. On May 23, 2025, Dameon Bruns, WW Technician, came to our home to repair a section of our living room picture window. It had been broken at a hinge as we had cleaned our windows. Dameon not only fixed the window section but he showed us the proper way to raise and lower the windows in order to properly access and clean them. He also shared a little pointer about how to raise the windows properly before closing them. I don't recall the installer explaining that when they were installed in about 2016.
Afterwards, we mentioned a problem that we were having with one WW large sliding window (one of eight WW installed on our enclosed patio). In short... read full review
