I'm giving a 3 because the staff are very friendly, but never have I had polish rib off in 1 day! They pushed and pushed for me to get gel (which I would have, but it was a good bit extra.) So I just stuck with regular polish. I don't know if the polish was old or what, but by that evening, it was chipped, the next day they looked awful! I live in a city and this place is more expensive than the places here. My fiance was forgotten about in the chair, then they just rushed through the end of hers. (She doesn't get polish, so she paid extra to be able to get a good massage. That did not happen) Idk..... I just won't... read full review

Don’t bother to make an appointment because they don’t honor them. Have been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time and still not receiving service. I witnessed this the last time I was here as well and watched several people walk out. I will be next if they can’t respect my time!

The pedicure itself was decent but the worst part of the service was the hot towel at the end. I’m not sure if they just haven’t been washed or what but my legs now smell like mildew and it’s quite disgusting. The lady at the checkout dismissed my concerns completely and rolled her eyes when I mentioned the issue just so they could remedy it for the next person. I will be looking elsewhere for a nail salon in the future.
