They are very kind. They care about your pet and treat you with dignity and respect. They are great all around. Our baby passed away and they sent a card that everyone signed and a charm along with wildflower seeds. They all told me how much they would miss her and said how sweet she was. Thet sent above and beyond. I highly recommend them if you want people that actually care taking care of your babies.
