Another customer called on a Saturday for a Hot Water tank issue, and the professional answered and suggested things to try that worked. The team is described as professional, on time, and doing the job right, with efficient, fast, and highly trained crew members. Emergency service is provided, and restoration can be as soon as the same day.
I had a leak in my water line outside of my house. I was unable to locate the leak and contacted Piping Pros. Kenny arrived promptly and spent about 30 minutes helping to locate the leak. Kenny was very personable and we discussed all of my options of how to fix my problem. Ultimately he was able to locate the leak in the main line in my back yard and I was able to fix the problem myself. I offered several times to pay him for his time and help but he refused. Even though I did not ultimately hire Piping Pros for this particular problem, they will be the first company I call if a plumbing issue comes up in the future. I would recommend Kenny and his company to anyone.
