I ran my car off the road in the middle of nowhere Wirt County, WV. The owner told me he would pick me up, and he was right on time. Drove out a narrow, single lane gravel road with his rig and got to my vehicle. Knew exactly how to retrieve the car and get it on the road. Recovery went exactly as he said it would, and he was teaching a guy who was with him the entire time. My car was driveable after it was recovered and he charged me an extremely fair price. He came out on a Sunday at noon with no hesitation. I would recommend this tow company to anyone who needs this type of help. A+ service without a doubt!
Honest, trustworthy, decent human being who did not hesitate to change a tire on the side of the interstate at 2:30 in the morning. Highly recommend, especially for women who are traveling alone. could not be more satisfied with the whole experience. Alex truly rescued our teenaged damsels in distress, and we are truly grateful. very reasonably priced, and followed along a few miles to make sure everything was working correctly before he left us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I could not be more grateful to Mason’s towing and recovery. They bailed me out of a pretty bad situation and were not gonna give up until they were able to get my vehicle back to the road. Thank you so much!
