Let me start by saying this was my first time ever having a mani/pedi. My introverted self greatly appreciated the simple online booking option! When I arrived for my appointment, Sophie was very helpful as I tried to explain what I was wanting. Her suggestions were perfect! And she was very patient as I fumbled my way through the process, and she put me at ease and made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
