I have used Arts Flower and Gift Shop on several occasions for my floral needs in West Virginia. The recipients have always been very satisfied with the beautiful flowers they received. They have sent me pictures, and they are just as I ordered. I am very satisfied with the quality of their floral products and will continue to use their services.
I called Art’s when they opened at 8 am to order something for a funeral that was at 11a today. My FTD order was delayed until Monday. Mike at Art’s was more than happy to help me and even said he would have it there at 9am. I would highly recommend Art’s and will be using them from now on. Excellent customer service!
I was very pleased with the service from Art's , MIKE was helpful and fixed me up within my price range. It was delivered to Thomas hospital and my daughter was tickled. There was so much to choose from.
