Rob was a lifesaver! We lost our key hiking at Seneca Rocks, and the dealership we tried to get a replacement at needed the vehicle towed to their location and would have charged at minimum $300 for the replacement. I called Rob and he was able to meet us at the vehicle, and had the new key cut and programmed in less than 15 minutes. Affordable, very kind and extremely helpful.
