Teresa is always accommodating when scheduling an appt. As I live out of state, I'm only in Madison/Danville for a few days at a time and she always gets me in. Teresa does an awesome pedicure, with all the extras! I've had pedis before but not as thorough or as detailed as the one I received from Teresa.

I've never had an issue with Danville Animal Clinic and have taken all of my pets there for years. Dr. Toler and Dr. Eaton are very knowledgeable and have taken very good care of our pets, and they have been very compassionate whenever the time came to say goodbye to them. The staff and technicians are usually very good, though I had to take one of my poor leukemia-stricken kittens in to be euthanized today and as I tried to explain the situation during check-in, one of the ladies at the front desk was dismissive when empathy was needed and, I would think in a veterinary clinic, required, especially when I was pretty distraught about the possibility of having to say goodbye to my pet. She didn't even make eye contact as she was sifting through papers and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I decided to bite my tongue in response as I didn't trust myself to measure my tone, given the situation. The male technician who worked with Dr. Toler was very good, however, and made up for the initial rudeness I encountered from the woman at the front desk. Again, I've never had an issue with the doctors or staff, and today was the first issue I've ever had with staff. My only suggestion for the management after today would be to maybe have some of the front desk staff run through a refresher course on how to be empathetic with people who are about to say goodbye to their pets, as I know at least one person - out of an otherwise caring staff - who would greatly benefit from it.
Cobra Electric is top notch people and service ! Would highly recommend them . Had my Generator put in a year ago and definitely completely satisfied. We also had to call to them out for my sister in law to fix hers on Memorial Day and they were here in a 20 mins after calling . Now that is what I call top notch service…
