10/10... Couldn't have asked for a better experience when dealing with such awful storm damage and flooding to my basement. It flooded at 9pm on a Sunday night. They answered my call at 11pm and were out the next day doing cleanup and restoration. The entire process was easy and they are such kind people. Tony was a pleasure to work with and it really felt like they continuously went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right and that I felt good about the outcome. It was so impressed by everything that I'll be using them for the repair/replacement work as well!

First Response is a phenomenal local company in Hurricane that does it all! Electric, plumbing, and even more. Due to how close they live to my house, I had a simple electric issue that they fixed with no charge, and got here within 10 minutes of calling. They are reasonable people who will work with you on the price, and extremely kind and respectful. Communication with them is transparent and honest, and simply way better than bigger companies that have massive billboard advertisements everywhere.
