I paid to have my cousin’s hair dyed gray so it would blend with her roots as it grew out. The beautician had trouble dissolving out the old dye and was not able to do the full gray we’d shown her pictures of that we wanted, but she did continue to work with our cousin and get her hair to a color she was pleased with, even bringing her back the next day to finish cleaning up the orange at the bottom of her hair. We were disappointed it was not anything like what we had asked for, but as far as service, she really gave it her all to work with our cousin until she had hair that she was happy with and that looked good. Asked about getting my son's first haircut with her. She was able to get him in the same day. Child friendly personality. All around great woman!
I wasn't 100% sure on the cut, just had an idea of the look. She made a couple suggestions as the professional. His hair was a disaster from playing at the park all day before going in. She was gentle with the knots and did not hurt him at all.
It turned out awesome!
