Service today was 5 star. Joseph was courteous & respectful; he listened to my concerns & addressed resolution immediately. He was very thorough with the treatment & removed his shoes upon entering my home. Terminex should have more techs like Joseph.
Joe did a great job and was very friendly. I am glad to have him help and they were very nice to work with on the phone and with my work schedule. Would definitely recommend, they got a giant hornets nest as well as spraying for normal service.
Joe was amazing! He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He came is the soonest to take care of our wasp extermination.
All the rest of the staff for our termite maintenance are wonderful.
