I want to give a huge shoutout to TK, the owner. After my first cut, I wasn’t as happy as I hoped to be. Instead of brushing it off, TK listened, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and got me back in right away to make it right. His talent really shows in how he corrected the cut, but his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond are what truly set him apart. I left feeling so much better and genuinely cared for. This shop deserves all the praise.
