When a propane company charged me a tank rental fee when they had told me they did not do that, I followed the contract, gave them verbal then written notice that I was terminating the contract. That was in May 2023. After multiple phone calls and letters asking them to remove their propane tank from my yard, six (6) months had elapsed, and the tank had not been removed.
