I went to this practice for assistance with an eye issue, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating with me. I was able to schedule an appointment on extremely short notice the day before the appointment date and it was no issue to do so.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and it made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Moore was very personable and had the demeanor of someone who has known you your whole life, despite meeting him for the first time. Dr. Moore was able to quickly diagnose what my eye issue was and treat it immediately.

Dr. Moore has been my eye doctor since I began wearing glasses at age 5. He is mild mannered and informative, very patient with questions. He knows I have a hard time taking eye drops and is always respectful and patient when administering them. The office has maintained my records consistently over the years, even with multiple years between some exams. At my most recent exam I was overcharged, but Lisa reached out within an hour of my appointment and notified me that the refund would be on its way. Dr. Moore sees both myself and my son. We have been clients for more than 6 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff is professional and Dr. Moore is a thorough, pleasant, and attentive optometrist. Highly recommend if you can get an opening.
