I can’t thank the Cacapon Veterinary Medical Center team enough for the care, expertise and compassion they showed us during a very difficult time with our dog, Buster. For the past four months, Buster was in and out of the vet clinic dealing with kidney issues. As a very anxious dog mom, they never once made me feel like I was too much and were very compassionate during our time there. Dr. Spaid is a very knowledgeable and dedicated vet. I felt that he was honest, reassuring and very passionate about what he does. He also has a great staff who I felt went above and beyond for Buster and I. I am so happy to have changed to this wonderful place. They go above and beyond for your fur babies. And also handle crazy cats, that tear the computer monitor off the wall, trying to get away during checkups! Thank you all so much for the best care.
The staff here is very compassionate, caring and very understanding, gave me a clearer understanding of the nature of my fur babies condition and my options. Did not in any way shape or form bully me and my husband into test, was open and honest about the price, and I don't know why but the atmosphere and the respect we received as soon as we walked in the door, felt safe, felt like home. I want to thank everyone that loved and gave butt scratches and adored our Great Dane Nessie
