“I contacted Attia after my wife's laptop started having hard drive issues (it was dead) and he let me know to bring it in. I brought it in and Attia asked what was the issue with it. I explained the error code we had seen and he confirmed it was dead.
Thankfully, Attia had the same size hard drive on hand and was able to replace it, reinstall Windows 11, and update it into a usable state all within an hour. He did try to see if the old drive was salvageable but it was unreadable, which was slightly unfortunate but I appreciated the effort to see if anything could be recovered.
I would definitely recommend going to Attia for your computer repairs. He was quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and a good person to sit and talk with.”
