“May 2023: I called and was desperate after a haircut earlier in the day that didn’t go well. Called around 5:45, one of the stylists was willing to stay a little later. Went from crying to sending pictures to everyone within the hour.
Best haircut experience: a beautiful job. She talked through the cut and explained what it would look like dry. Didn’t use curling iron or flat iron since I don’t own them.
The atmosphere between the ladies there was the first time I’ve experienced the salon experience you watch in the movies.

Update August 2024: Have been working with Chloe for months now and it’s been a dream. Have sent family and friends who now work with her since she has flexibility with her schedule. She’s so versatile, she’ll ask throughout the cut what I think, remembers what I prefer, and want to avoid.

She’s okay not pre-washing my curly with strong waves hair type and dry cuts, sometimes spraying. I feel okay telling her to not worry about blow drying or styling it- she absolutely would and often double checks to make sure just in case. (I’ve always preferred to go home a shower right after)
