The patient service coordinator, Tessa, is professional and helpful, while other staff members such as Hope, Christi, and Molly are efficient and knowledgeable. The staff creates a friendly and positive atmosphere, with many patients noting the friendly service and minimal wait times. Patients appreciate the detailed explanations and attentive care provided during their visits. The office, which has multiple locations including Bridgeport, provides convenient access to quality eye care, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Had a visit with Dr. Kress. Got in in a timely manner. He took his time to answer any of my questions and was very helpful. Marlana and christi went above and beyond. Getting me checked out and with the new glasses selection. I had a Very pleasant experience getting vision checked. I would highly recommend myeyedr in Bridgeport..
From the moment I walked in the door I was treated great. It was definitely different from the way I had been treated at other eye doctors. The staff were kind, courteous and professional. The doctor was outstanding! He was thorough and explained everything so that I could understand it. Highly recommend and they will see my wife and I again!
