A great hairstylist!!! She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied with you new haircut/color or whatever you maybe getting done!! She has very reasonable rates for haircuts/color/perm. If you want a great hairstylist in Brandywine then definitely make a appointment with Julie!!!
