A different vet couldn't qoate me a price to cremate my pet so I called Veterinary Associates and got one immediately, leading me to feel they were more honest. They were so sweet to me when I took my pet in, very compassionate. I will return to this office!

I was so worried about taking my cat to the vet. He is very nervous around people he doesn't know as he is an indoor baby. He was so good with everybody there because the people who work at Veterinary Associates of the Bluefields are the nicest out there! The vet was wonderful, kind and understood my concerns. I am so relieved and happy that I took him here. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic and will never worry about taking him back for check-ups or illness. Both our 15 year old cat, Lilah, and Spotzie, 5.5 years old weighing 16# flat were seen on separate days at Veterinary Associates of Bluefield this week. Dr. McGuire expertly evaluated each member of our home in a thoughtful, careful, and observant manner after having listened to our concerns thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. McGuire and Veterinary Associates of Bluefield to anyone looking for a Veterinarian. Also, Dr. Blair is awesome. He previously evaluated our two cats at this practice. The assistants were helpful and caring too.
