The staff is very polite and made everyone feel very comfortable. Dr. Hiener talked about best options and care and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Heiner is amazing with boys, takes time to explain everything to your kids and to you, and is a professional who is experienced and loves dentistry. The office met a dental emergency out of normal hours, helped get immediate relief and explained everything so you understand what was going on. The location is always kind, considerate and professional, even comping a filling. Very pleased, highly recommend, 100/100 recommend, would never choose anywhere else.

I highly recommend this place! I had a dental emergency and dr Wills met with me out of normal hours at the office and helped me get immediate relief after being in bad pain for days! He explained everything to me to help me understand what was going on. He wasn’t judgmental at all , very friendly and understanding! 100/100 recommend!
I've never had a bad experience at Shady Spring Dental. I go to the Lochgelly location and everyone is always kind. Currently experiencing an issue with old fillings in a front tooth chipping, and even though I've had to make a few appointments, they've remained considerate and professional, even comping one of the fillings that wasn't even originally theirs (definitely not their fault, previous dentist was a large chain that is known to be an issue)
I would never choose anywhere else
