They are extremely friendly, will do whatever you request them to do if its a certain color or style or just a marking. They are alot faster than alot of places I've been to but their works is always a 10/10! I know the also offer a few other things like eye brow waxing although I've never had it done I've seen people come in for that while I have been in there. The place is always kept up nice and clean!
