The JCPenney Salon is a good place to get a haircut, perm, or highlights. The staff is friendly, sweet, and has super good personalities with quality skills. They do excellent work, exactly as requested, from hairstyling to cuts and perms. Getting an appointment is easy and walk-ins are usually welcome. Many customers love the salon and definitely recommend it for its wonderful service.
Took my step son to get a perm and cut with Carmela and she was wonderful. She done exactly what he wanted (permed mullet). The cut, perm and style couldn’t have been more perfect. Definitely recommend.
