Mac was awesome! He was very professional,friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. He promptly got back to me when I called and promptly came out and pinpointed my issue and offered solutions. I highly recommend Mac and Dodson Pest Control!
I called Dodson and spoke to a young lady Jodie and she told me she couldn’t get anyone out until Wednesday..I called on Monday I accepted and told her thank you….about 30 minutes later a knock on the door and it was two gentleman from Dodson. They came in serviced our home and were so helpful, polite and customer service was top notch. Thank you Dodson for excellent service!!! Extremely fast service. Victoria services our home, and she is top notch, and quick. I called today about a rat issue, and she arrived within 30 minutes of the call to place a bait trap. Zero issues with the service and I would highly recommend.Service: General pest inspection
