They are very nice and much more understanding than the water dept. They understood that the holidays can make checks come a day or two late and had no problems working with us. They are friendly so we usually go in in person to pay..helps avoid the online fees too. Thanks for being awesome and understanding. I know alot of people are glad to have a company like you in town.
