Relaxing experience. The staff was friendly. Some reviews say can get through on the phone. It's probably bc there is only one person at the desk. And they have to get the bathes ready for each group. I recommend going at the beginning of the week. They are not busy.
If you're looking for a relaxing experience then this is the place for you. The Roman Bath was so warm and relaxing. You have a choice between a half an hour bath or an hour. The half an hour was the perfect time in my opinion. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Also got to see George Washington's bath which was really cool.
We always enjoy visiting Berkeley Springs and this spa is the best! I enjoy the sauna ! The facility is very clean and the service is excellent... with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The sauna and showers are always clean and well tended. Berkeley Springs is a charming town with much to offer. We highly recommend it!
