“My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! We went for the Appalachian Love package for couples. This was our first time ever in getting a full spa experience and it is certainly a place I would go back to, for sure!
The place is gorgeous; it smells so good in there and calming. You immediately get the calm, peaceful, zen vibe right away! Beautiful furniture as well in the waiting lounges. The staff on 09/08/2026 were so kind and helpful in guiding us through our first experience and how the whole process goes. Becky, Albani, Theresa, Michelle, and Gretchen all did stellar in all of their parts and we are truly grateful for this experience. They even make sure we were well hydrated and were so hospitable. Can’t wait to go back and make another appointment! I want to add a bath bomb to the whirlpool bath next time. :)”
