So totally impressed and happy with Becki’s work! She’s so kind and such a calming presence. Scheduling and drop off are easy and she keeps you updated on her progress. And her set-up is impeccable!! She makes sure she has time for your pet so there’s not a lot of stress shuffling dogs in and out. While my dog isn’t aggressive, she’s very shy and introverted (and doesn’t realize she’s a dog) so that can sometimes cause her to be a bit reactive in new situations. Not a problem here!! She makes sure everyone has their own spa time. And for those of us out here in the sticks, she’s as easy to get to as driving into town for any other service we need. Frankly, I’d go out of my way to continue taking my dog to her!! She rocks!!! Snofie looks great, smells great, and is sooo… very soft!! Thanks Becki!!!
I guess everything would be a very short review, so I will elaborate. Becki is the ultimate professional. She takes her job seriously and her work is simply outstanding. 5 stars isn't enough as far as I'm concerned. I used to take my Bichon to PetSmart and met Becki there. I told her if she ever left to give me her number and I would follow her. She told me she was in Berkeley Springs and I said I didn't care. To me her work is worth the drive. she cares about her clients pets like they were her own. She is always enthusiastic and seems really happy to see your pet when you get there. I could go to any number of groomers between where she is and where I am, but if I'm gonna take my beloved pet someplace I want to take her to someone I trust, and I TRUST BECKI COMPLETELY. YOU CAN TOO.
I truly cannot say enough great things about Little B’s. We have been to several groomers with our many dogs throughout the years and this place is amazing. Why? -Becky is kind ,compassionate and a true lover of animals - Her grooming space is extremely clean and peaceful. We love how our dog is the only one there at a time so definitely less stress - Her skills are amazing. My doggies looked beautiful, smelled great and were happy I truly feel so lucky to have found her ❤️
