I reached out to them several months ago to repair a grave marker. Erica Lapole just got back to me and let me know she had ordered parts and the marker was fixed. Included a picture. Thanks for that!

Very friendly and helpful. Vase on my sisters marker was replaced quickly after equipment jammed down in and chipped. A month later it was jammed and Kellie and supervisor helped fix immediately. Noticed some improvements also around the grounds.
Appreciate the thoughtfulness you showed me.

Kimberly was very helpful in placing flowers I ordered on my husband’s grave and going back a second time to send me a picture of them. As I live out of state, I really appreciated her efforts and kindness.
